* We define "fringe" youth as those who are visitors or are already a part of our group but don't seem to connect easily with others. Can you commit to being intentional about including "fringe" youth? Why or why not?

* You will be required to be at our Fall Retreat, Men & Womens Retreats, and at Youth Group 3/4 weeks a month. Do you think that this level of commitment will be a problem? If so, why?

If you are selected for YLT your parents will need to sign a permission slip, regardless of your age, so that they are aware of your intention to join the group. I would advise that you share with your parents that you are applying.
