The TEN COMMANDMENTS...an ancient law code that has been a model and inspiration for other legal systems around the world...and a classic movie that still shows up on TV around holidays. But what is the relevance of the Ten Commandments for Christ-followers today? In this series, we will look at their original intent, as rules for relationships with God and people, and will see what they have to say about how we live our daily lives in this world.

Series begins June 9, 2019

Once Upon a Time, there was a perfect family...and they lived happily ever after.
At least, that's the way it seems on TV. Or in that fairy tale you grew up loving. But many days, your family feels decidedly imperfect. What happens when your family reality, whether it includes children, aunts, in-laws, nephews, or cousins, fails to live up to your hopes and dreams? What can God do with a family that is far from fairy-tale? Let's will set aside the myth, and explore God's perfect wisdom for families.

If a plant is going to grow, it first needs strong roots. And if our church is going to accomplish its purpose in years to come, we also need strong roots-—to be rooted in Christ and his love, rooted in God's Word, and rooted together in this church family. Pastor Adam begins his next sermon series by introducing our theme for the year, Rooted.

Our first series of the year will be brought by our new senior pastor, Adam Forry. We look forward to hearing God's word to us through these sermons. Adam briefly introduces this series:

Neil Anderson has written, "We are all living according to what we believe. If we have a wrong belief about ourselves, it will affect the way we live...no one can consistently behave in a way that is inconsistent with how he perceives himself..."

If this is true, then it is absolutely essential for us to see ourselves as God sees us and in light of who he calls us to be! In this series, we will explore some vital aspects of who God has made and is making us to be in Christ.
