Database portal (Elexio database):

The database Portal is an access point to our church database (Elexio). It can be accessed from any computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access.

  • If you ARE a regular attender @ EBIC, the portal allows you to interact with others in the congregation, manage your personal information, register for events, and update your contact information.
  • If you ARE NOT a regular attender @ EBIC, the portal allows you enter yourself in our database to register for events and programs.

In order to have a portal account, you must:
  • Be thirteen (13) years of age or older
  • Have a unique email account (Spouses may not share an email for separate accounts. However, each spouse account may manage information for ALL family members.)
  • If you already have an email address that we use to communicate with you, please use that address when setting up your portal account and the database will connect with your exisiting information.
  • Facebook and Google options are given below, but will simply pull from your email addresses at each of those options. We suggest using your email address to signup.
  • Once you've requested a portal account, it can take up to 24 office hours (M-F, 9-3) until we confirm your account access. You will have limited access to the database and events until this is completed.
  • Please note that by selecting OPT OUT OF EMAIL COMMUNICATION, you will be removed from our congregational email lists. We ask that you DO NOT choose this option as the church office and most ministries are heavily dependent upon email.

Please choose the SIGN UP HERE button below and follow the instructions for creating your family account:

  • The PARENT will establish the account and will need a unique email address to do so. Start with your email address; you will be sent a code to finish setting up your account and setting your password.
  • Using the PARENT account, add all additional family members connected to that account (spouse, 1st child, 2nd child, etc.) by choosing under SELECT A FAMILY MEMBER the option for ADD MEMBER.
  • Once you have established all family members, our database will need some time to establish your account so that eligible events will be available for you to see. Please logout and wait for anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. (NOTE: During specific signup periods, we will work to get you established in our database as quickly as possible, so check back frequently.)
  • Once your account and birthdates are properly registered, you will be able to see eligible events available for each user under the EVENTS tab of the PORTAL when you are logged in. Remember to select the proper FAMILY MEMBER for whom you are registering events.

My Church mobile app (Elexio database)

Once you have your account to our database setup, feel free to also use the mobile app from Elexio which, when logged in*, allows you to:

  • Contact the church, plus check service times and get directions
  • Access the church directory (only for regular EBIC attenders)
  • Review and register for upcoming church events
The first time you run this app:
  • Enter our church's website (www.etownbic.org)
  • LOGIN to your account by clicking on TOP LEFT of app and choosing LOGIN. Use the username and password that you setup in the PORTAL (see above).

* My Church app is still available to non-account users, but will have limited access. Only basic information about the church and events is available.
