Office Manager

Immediate opening for a full-time Office Manager.

Goal

  • Coordinate congregational communication and office administration in effective ways to further the vision to Love God, Share Christ and Serve the World.
Major Categories of Responsibilities
Supervision
  • The Office Manager reports to the Senior Pastor
Qualifications
  • Faith in Christ & commitment to the vision and purpose of the congregation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others in positive ways
  • Strong administration, organizational skills
  • Integrity in relationships
  • Commitment to quality and excellence
  • Ability to delegate and willingness to do so
  • Commitment to confidentiality
Salary & Benefits
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. Church Board considers this a full-time position, with some flexibility should the successful candidate desire to work slightly less than 40 hours per week. At 40 hours, health benefits are offered for the individual staff person.
