People impacted by disabilities are one of the world’s largest under-represented groups. From congenital disabilities like autism or Down Syndrome, to acquired disabilities like spinal cord injury or traumatic brain injury, to age related disabilities, the church has a great opportunity and God-given responsibility to be prepared to support, evangelize, and disciple people impacted by disability.

 

This course will cover topics such as disability and suffering,

healing, prayer, comfort and community in the church and will equip participants to think critically and compassionately about complex issues that impact people with disabilities and their families.
